You should have better confirmation of your order. Herzog Heine & Geduld
make a market in the stock as do a half dozen others. The "discounters"
and e-trade may save you some pocket change on the execution,but with those kind of delays that you are describing on confirmations someone or some firm is not working in your best interest. Pay a little more to have piece of mind or change firms.

PS. I wouldn't try to time the market in ALYD short term. Buy Alydaar
on all dips and hold till the millenium. You'll be rewarded for your patience. Good luck.
