As long as we are ranting today:) Have you been following the NTSB hearings on the flight Flight 3407 crash in Buffalo? I mean my god, a 24 year old co pilot that made 16K last year and a pilot that failed 4 FAA tests that didn't know how to fly a plane that was icing? I mean that pilot had no business being any more then a hobbyist with a VFR only rating. UFB. Makes me want to run right out and get on an airplane. Sully the hero of the Hudson actually said at the Senate hearing that low pay was forcing the best and brightest out and we were going to pay for that some day.
