When did you say that? "Any and every failing brokerage." When did you add that qualifier to this schniggle? Ever hear of Washington? Ever hear of legislation? Ever sit through a line-by-line analysis of a Continuing Resolution to find out who was getting bailed out by whom? Ever hear of Mexico or Russia or ______ (fill in the blank with innumerable examples from the 20th century).

Hey, I'm sorry that you're feeling pre-digested and regurgitated, but your "everything is jus' peachy" jive is sophomoric and distorted, and begs rebuttal. ggg.

But damn, with a lecturer named scrumpy wagging his/her finger at us, I'm sure we all feel a whole lot better. LOL!
