1/29/02 conference call notes 1. partnerships with ibm, sap and plumtree cover most of portal market , which is expected to grow to $ 1.8 B by 2005 2. they have no real competition for the foreseeable future in providing offline access and proactive delivery to the portal market 3. they are forecasting a 1 q eps increase, even though they expect a 10-20% legacy product revenue decline, because of dramatic sales/marketing expense savings inherent in partnerships sales
