Arnie: Right on, fill in the coverage void, my client knows. Kevin, he would take stock, now.... All I do when we communicate, is mention Nextel stock, their plan, direct connect. (his system does not contain direct connect capabilities.)He can't fight it any more, the future is here, he might as well cash in.

You are absolutely right Arnie, it's a win win situation. The people presently using the system, as is, are small time local business people, police departments and fire departments, with no need for direct connect outside the basic 100 mile radius of the system. (several antennas located in three states). Now you take the guys at the Ford proving grounds and they need to talk to Detroit. Make the system part of the world wide plan and everyone is connected.

Evidently, there are no big negotiations as of yet. My recent update is that there is a MOT convention in Vegas and my clients are meeting with Nextel people, in order to get an ideal of what Nextel wants to do. I got this info from a key employee, as I just called for an update. When the money and numbers are mentioned, I will get a call for advice on how to structure the deal, if there is one. More Monday.
