It will not stop professional pirates from creating the devices to circumvent the protection. However, a CD-R is not applicable to the polymer approach at all. That's not to say that they can't painstakingly get around it, but HST's position is that it would be unfeasible and that they would miss the key window of opportunity. The polymer approach is what we're all really waiting for. Bayer is currently producing further test polymers and HST claims that it could be rolled out within 18 months of funding. Right now, I'll take the Bongle and a publicly traded company. You can only make a gal wait so long. :o) Clo
