A dismissal of the SCI/AETI lawsuit wouldn't surprise me in the least.
It has been questionable as to the legitimacy of SCI for quite some
time. Presumably, SCI has spent $17,000,000 in development, and no profit. Companies don't become delisted for no reason. The VSE position is 3,000,000 unauthorized shares had been released and certain accounting "error" not accounted for or corrected.As an investor, I'm hoping we get listed on another exchange. However, that would not necessary create a legitimate company or product. Of course this is simply my opinion. Interestingly, AETI has dropped from $3.50 to .81. I'm not sure what it really means. Nevertheless,
Miller and friends have a questionable past, or at least, a very
colorful one.
