LTUS has moved up sharply since announcing the stock buyback on Oct 14. It's up %4.25 percent today to 16 3/4, and is up almost %25 since the buyback was announced.

Given the buyback, can one deduce they 1) have plenty of cash, and 2) are in no hurry to expand.
