Lamar, Someone pointed out this other freeware program called NetLightning that will also change the MTU settings. I think it is easier because it does the backups required for you. Check it out: members.xoom.com By the way, this is a program file that needs to be unzipped and then installed. Download it to your desktop so it will be easy to find. RS
