Heeren,

No. The institutions have been involved for more than a year. I believe
that the buying is coming from investors in the U.S. Studies have
indicated that that market is looking for strong companies with a solid
niche market.

The share value at $5 was an anomoly. Special warrants came due and the
Quebec referendum hit hard. Perhaps because of its perceived tie to
that province. In fact the head office was moved to Austin Texas in
June 1995. The value was pushed to the $5 mark from $7.625. With the
year end A.G.M., a recent move to the TSE, a promotion job on more
institutions, the NO vote in Quebec and, finally, the Sunmicrosystems/
Java announcement, the stock took off and reached its true value.

I suspect that there is a long way to go before this runs out of steam.
Look to 1997-1998 for this company to hit its stride.
