It is the fact that it didn't work.

Two points:

1. Glad you are admitting that there was an inherited problem
2. In fact it did work...it stopped the republican created hemorrhaging, the economy is growing again, jobs are being created after 8M jobs were lost under W and GOP control

If only the dems were better at messaging..
