I just got off the phone with Goerge Cowan and the report should be out by the end of the week( preliminary) with the final being out before Christmas. He said it will be positive, but wouldn't say how much. He went into a lot of detail about what they are doing and plans for the future and it all sounds good. It appears that the level of revenues from this quarter will remain at least at this level or increase next quarter. They have talks with many costumers and are doing many joint ventures through others. They do not plan on announcing any major contracts, but are doing a lot of work based on continueing operations. There are plans to improve the base of operations. The name change should take place soon, latest time frame was January(thats only if the need shareholder approval,which isn't clear with Delaware laws)if they do not need it it will happen sooner. They are hoping Gruntal can facilitate a acquisition and they are looking to get there shares in the hands of institutions rather then public. Will post more later, was on the phone for more then an hour.
