DZOO: Downgrade not a big deal per MHO. Chart looks good and stock will work higher...pipeline and management focus is positive, but screwups can happen! Timing is important so hope things progress accordingly; i.e., shareholders need to get 'anticipated' news. Stock may open down 3/8 - 1/2 ....? Have a good day....NASDQ gonna be wild today++++ FNS
