Good for you that you rode this all the way up from 1976. But I wouldn't chase it at these levels. PFE is in the top decile of price-to-sales, and as a group, high PSR stocks have never done well going forward.

This one could get cut 50% and still remain overvalued relative to its growth rate. One should proceed with utmost caution. Of course, if one is DCAing into this over the next 5-10 years, this might be a good opportunity to buy this year's quota of shares at less-than-peak prices...
