Stay posted news in August will bring your pea brain up to speed about how the renovation will come about for XCLU and the Hotel Brazil! S&P has interm Audit for June 30, 1998 which includes what you call under-utilized asset of about NINE MILLION DOLLARS! The HOTEL BRAZIL operates just fine as is people keep staying right on the beach. After the expansion an renovation people will swarm, North Miami Beach is the place now that OJ is taking up residence in South Beach! See ya there goes that neighborhood!
