I missed out on most of the press conference. Is there to be a seperate issue of a "tracking stock" that will be valued at .775 the value of T? Also, are current TCOMA shares to be converted to the new issue?

If this will require a long answer, I'll understand a curt reply. I need to look at the news releases myself anyway. Thanks for the info thus far.
