For what its worth: I just ordered my 400 Mhz PII system from Dell armed with Windows 98. I had been waiting for the Windows 98 introduction to get a system pre-loaded. Sales rep. said sales are brisk of the high end systems after the Win 98 intro. Maybe there were quite a few others holding off to catch the timing of the latest OS and processor introductions.
