Because all i know this stock is selling like the word is out, it is going under. <<BK does NOT usually come as a surprise either - look at what happened to KM prior to it's bankruptcy - several quarters of heavy losses, massive layoffs, lots of near term debt maturing simultaneously>> that is in this case, a worry for me,institution have unloaded this hand over fist for huge losses, why would they do that?? in face of there being no signs of surprise bankruptcy.
