Make that "invincibly ignorant".

Trouble in Paradise: Here's something sent to me from
TipWorld - tipworld.com

"MORE FUN AT AOL"

"Just when The Crustmeister General thought things were calming down
with AOL and its Community Leader volunteers, one of his AOLers sent
him a quick heads-up: "There is something going on in Vienna this
weekend, a Community Leaders Day. Guaranteed to end up in a riot, you
might wanna get someone there."

"So, rest assured, your Watery Wayfarer will, indeed, have an
operative at said meeting to report on the festivities. Hopefully, no
loss of life will ensue, but another of the AOL Community Leaders
tells your seafood du jour that "we're going to bust these folks from
AOL who have been crapping all over us. We are not going to put up
with this anymore. We know we are the heart and soul of AOL's support
and we are doing the damn job for free! Now they want US to pay for
the privilege. What the hell have these guys been smokin'?"

"If the scenario that the angry Community Leaders envision plays out,
the Scuttling Sea Creature of Binary Bytes opines that AOL's already
dicey customer support will be worth exactly what they pay their
Community Leaders. Nothing, absolutely nothing."
