As I see it, the healthcare and financial crises will hit us soon if things are not fixed now. I see the WH becoming increasingly isolated with Dubya hiding in the closet as even Republicans distance themselves from him. Housing is already slowing and that is the one thing that has buoyed consumers. I find it unbelievable that you can buy a house with nothing down, with interest-only mortgages at 750% of your income. It's insane. House flipping is not a productive venture, it's a paperwork fiction with someone at the end always holding the losing card. It happened before and it will happen again even in California.
