I think Ira is looking way ahead of these numbers. He knows what they are and he appears extremely confident and aggressive in making this project an overwhelming success. I'm pretty sure everyone has given credence to these numbers, but, until they're in writing there's some doubt. That's where the risk comes into play. You can wait for the numbers in writing and pay a higher premium, or you can accept the risk associated now without written numbers and ...you know the rest. I've accepted that risk Now.
