Pal, It seems to me AOL's marketing and promotion slowed while they tried to absorb the costs of adding access equipment when they went to $19.95/mo. They're still digesting Compuserve's customers. When all that's finished, they'll probably pump up promotion again. I don't anticipate they'll be cutting personel in the immediate future, but you're right, when (if) they start cutting personel, watch out. Best, Steve
