SUMT said several days ago "no later than April 4". They have a tendency to announce before the market opens; my hunch is the news will be out before the market opens (on wires like Reuters, but it might not hit Business Wire for several hours).

I think that the "uncertainty cloud" will be gone tomorrow, and unless the news is unexpectedly bad, there should be a good pop. I've put my money on the table and now hope the hand plays out the way I see it. Good luck.
