Thanks for the heads up. FWIW here's some recent news on TVLI...
SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 1, 1997--Tivoli Industries Inc. (NASDAQ:TVLI) announced that the U.S. Patent Office has awarded a patent for the company's Integrated Illuminated Surveillance System -- Paravision, combining specialty lighting with hidden surveillance cameras in a single unit.
The system is currently in use at such casino venues as Harvey's, Lake Tahoe and Sky City, N.M.
Tivoli Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Terrence Walsh commented: "The awarding of this patent and recognition of its claims confirm Tivoli's development of Paravision as a unique proprietary support technology for discreet surveillance systems in casino/gaming, retail, banking and other areas. We fully expect that this will continue to grow as a solid segment for our lighting business in the casino/gaming industry, as well as other specialty lighting applications.
"At present," he said, "we are in discussions with a number of firms who specialize in security systems integration, marketing and installation in an effort to initiate marketing agreements that could provide greater distribution opportunities for Tivoli."
