MMTI just initiated a filing for full NASDAQ listing. They also mentioned continuing negotiations with Allied Signal relating to a defense contract application. As far as I can tell MMTI is the only pure stock play for Magnetic Ram. The MRAM characteristic of retaining memory for years without battery or electrical backup seems to have extremely large market potential in military and consumer digital memory applications. An Allied Signal contract should validate MMTI's technology and provide upside momentum for the stock.
