Xu, B, What is B-t-B? Book to Bill ratio reported last night as the worst in many many years. "The trend is established before the news is published, and in Bull markets bear items are ignored and Bull news exagerated, and vice versa" By the end of the week there is no question in my mind everyone will have had to capitulated to the fact that the SOX is on the rampage!!!
