Don, hopefully our copper trading friends in Japan will be more careful in the future. My position is long and I am looking forward to a return to the days where trading peaked in 2-3 million volume range (1st half of 96).

Being in B.C., you may be privy to more up-to-date info re: PMC. The last I heard in the News was a front page article in an August Globe&Mail edition that was very positive. Front page news covering a small cap mining stock on the TSE - end result - no impact. Surprising? Not really - unfortunately copper prices had nosedived just before the article was published neutralizing any positve effect it may of had on PMC.

I'd be interested to know any information you have about the Cheslatta court case. When is the trial set to begin?
