I beleive Wolverton is the underwriter for the last issue.
They got paid in stock also and could be cashing in. Regardless, stock is tight and could be more expensive once you have to search out existing shares for this compeling story.
No big gap either. It's basically a new issue and since it has not trade since last October, I guess you could say there is no gap between open and current price.
