At opening ceremony of a mortgage stone Victor Mjasnik has told: " we want to enter one more in the chronicle of Vladivostok, light page to leave memory not only as kind memoirs, but also concrete óãîëîê the cities, well-equiped(comfortable) by the hands ". In fact in some months beds and benches, paths, original "power" fixtures and even a fountain here will appear.

By the way, in April, 2004 under the initiative of Open Society " ÄÂÝÓÊ " and at participation of representatives of administration of the Sakhalin area and city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk first "Avenue Energetikov" was open. In a consequence the same symbols of work ýíåðãåòèêîâ will be open in Ïåòðîïàâëîâñêå-Kamchatka and settlement Luchegorsk.
