Cowen Perspectives Report 5/17/96

Prepared by Andrew C. Brosseau out of their Boston office. His number is 617-946-3936. They may have a copy in their Houston office - 713-652-7100. I would also try the San Fran office, as they are closer to the company which is based in Santa Clara.

I'd be interested if Cowen's Strong Buy Rating has changed. The 5/17 report says, "the stock has upside to $20 over the next 12 months tied to the rapid earnings growth [of the electronic messaging market] and chance for upside surprise."

I originally bought at 11 3/4 and have been averaging down. I'm holding until at least October/November when their new products (slated for late fourth quarter release) start getting some more buyers interested.
