Tom, latest info I have from VSH is this years sales are expected to
be flat vs last year. They have said to expect earnings to be up by
about 5%. this info from CFO about 1 month ago. Do you have any
later info? Do you know what the many analysts who follow VSH are
saying now that VSH management has coached them with these numbers?

Has anyone opinions/knowledge about whether they will continue trying
to acquire kemet?
