I attended the 12/o1 shareholders meeting in Dallas and thought you might like to hear what transpired. When asked about coming earnings Wettreich seemed to say that shareholders wouldn't be disappointed but couldn't give numbers yet. W. mentioned deal of giving distrib.rts to UK firm for 1.8mil of Firecrest stk which went up 400 % W. told of corporate version of Digiphone forthcoming and Mac version in 2 weeks. Said CAML has staff of 11 prgers working on new product. One shareholder asked about possibility of acquisition of CAML. Answer:not yet. Several asked how to get MrCDROM franchise applic. After meeting met 2 men who said they were with Broderbund. Acquisition shopping?? Additionally,I monitor sales in Dallas: at CompUSA and Best Buy it sells as fast as stocked. Visited 3 MrCDROM stores: good locations and jammed w. XMAS shoppers,prices competitive,many titles not in big stores. CAML is well known in Dallas and gets good PR on radio and print media. My conclusion: definitely a hold or acquire.
