Okay, I was already confused enough between China Broadband Corp. and China Broadband Corporation Ltd. For a while I thought we had a third company here. But as I look closer, I'm fairly sure this press release was issued by China Broadband Corp. (the Nevada corporation headquartered in Calgary that sued CPIH after it changed its name and symbol).

I think some headline writer at the wire service confused the issuer with the Hong-Kong based NASDAQ-traded company (China Broadband Corporation Ltd.) It is the latter company that is the subject of this thread (although of course this newsrelease is relevant because of the lawsuit and settlement between the two companies).

CBBD ought to be more careful, though. It's a violation of NASDAQ rules for a company that trades on the OTCBB to say that it is listed on NASDAQ, which this press release says. Just one more source of confusion.

Regards,
Fund
