I've notice the up swing of people "Book Marking" this thread. I just want to clarify one thing. I suspect the person spamming Yahoo's site on the home builders is simply a nut with to much time on his hands. Unlike the other spammers this guy does engage in conversations, and they show he does have strong narrow views. I'm trying to be objective in what I post here. If that means taking what I believe will be a hit, I will do it. Personally I do believe residential contractors will survive the upcoming changes to society just as they thrived off the mass exidus of people moving from the city to the suburbs in the 60's through 70's. That is not to say someone in the burbs with a $500k house that has 1,500 sft of floor space will survive anymore than the landlords in the city of the 70's survived.
