OBTW: I do some consulting work for a friend who owns a $50MM/year medical devices company that manufacturers nebulizers, CPAP units, Oxygen concentrators, etc. He started his business out of his garage. Shows what one can do with a little initiative.

There's no reason that I can see why AVHC shouldn't be able to do reasonably well. There's a big need for this kind of therapy - especially at home where it's very inexpensive to provide and less complicated for the patient.
