Hi Ed,

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, the problem still stays. Whenever a mail link is clicked on, it automatically opens up Netscape Messenger instead of the default mail handler (Outlook)...regardless of whether or not Outlook is open.

According to the site that Len posted, it's a .DLL issue. I'll give it a try tonight, and post tomorrow what the outcome was.
