? I read somewhere that the potential loss to the Q could be in the order of a billion bucks. I read the same article? It seemed to me that estimate was coming from a plaintiff's lawyer, directly or indirectly. So I guess they are using it to open up negotiations <g>. Boy it must have po'd the SD class action lawyers (Lerach, et al) when Q pulled the coup with the handset div employees. I'll bet they were salivating over the possible lawsuits and now they get nuttin! And some people question the brilliance and imagination of the Q management team!
