IMO, the past two day rallies happen mainly due to short fear that feeds in itself. And the lower we go the more fear and risk will be on the short side that will continue causing these massive short covering rallies. The problem is that one of those rallies will be the real deal and will suck lots of shorts in it, thinking is just another shortable rally. Shorts getting brave and cocky down here is a sure way to lose many times over what they have in. So IMO, going forward, more and more short fear will continue to prop the markets. This isn't NAZ 5000 or 4000 or 3000 or even 2000 any more. This isn't JDSU at 200 or JNPR at 250 or CIEN at 150 etc... etc... So IMO there is a lot of short fear out there that can move stocks 50 and 100% in no time. Cause a lot of retail amateurs are shorting this market thinking they know what they are doing. The funny thing is that some of these are the same ones that were caught long at NAZ 5000 or lost their behind shorting the bull market from 3000 to 4000. lol.

JMHO.
