wily...Before I tried to install driver I copied it to another folder. The folder I had originally downloaded it to was called "EXE Download Files". The other one I named "Test Folder". The strange thing about it is I can't use the original file but was able to install driver from the file I copied to the second folder. Strange!!!! As far as the second file I downloaded, the communication program that was mentioned earlier, I still can't install it. It seems to get to a certain spot and then hangs up my whole computer. That site is mediaring.com I tried downloading it a second time with the same results. Anybody else try to install this program?? HP PS...The file size right from HP was 4918KB not what you said, >>File size was 5,035,494 bytes.<<
