Brian, I'm glad to see that Lou and I have common goals! What is the signifigance of 14? I can speculate that the Insta-heat IPO can't be too far behind the patent news released today, but I'm having trouble connecting that to a KNIC price of 14. I don't have much experience travelling down this IPO-spinnoff road that KNIC will be on shortly. Without getting hypey, can anyone define some expectations of what is in store for KNIC shareholders as this and/or the PEC IPO draw closer to reality. thanks, Tony
