Thanks for the reply, Scott. I probably did comment to the effect that "some of you men look like you're playing the game to the hilt," but that I planned to play the game more conservatively. The "some of you," though, had no one(s) of you other contestants in mind. Given my competitiveness, my "more conservative" approach was chosen as a way to win, but some of the stocks I chose (e.g., a couple of oil stocks and Ralston Purina)never got off the ground. While I really enjoyed the game, I soon discovered that several contestants were biotec "techies" whose expertise in that area was clearly beyond mine.

Thanks for the tip on PTIX. I'll look at it closely.

I hope that others will continue to keep this thread going by making recommendations now and then. I continue to like PLMD a great deal. It's pulled back recently, but in my opinion, it can easily rise 50% or more (from its present 19 1/2), maybe pull back, then keep rising toward the $40 to $50 level. Good investing to all, Harold
