semi capex, 2002 vs. 2001:

It would be useful to compile a table, of what is happening with the
larger semi companies. If anyone has other data to add, I'd appreciate it.

semi, 2001 capex actual, 2002 capex announced (in million $s):

Intel............ 7300..5500
Texas Instruments.1800...800
TSMC..............2200..1300
