Indications from SHM yesterday for FNet IPO are not good. Farang posted, "FNET will NOT IPO until 6 to 9 months after build out the FNET Network which will require 50 Million dollars which they do not have." No need to add that nobody is going to give them 50 million bucks under the current circumstances.

It is looking more and more like the FNet spinoff and IPO is really off the table and they don't want to tell us. My opinion is that its time for them to be up front about it and reabsorb the FNet into Franklin Telecom and convert the FNet shares to FCM shares for the several million FNet shares outstanding in individual's hands. Its the right thing to do whether the new board or the soon to be old board does it.

Unless someone has a better idea it may be time to organize ourselves and put this or another proposal before the board as a group petition and proposal. While I am far from the largest FNet holder I am willing to help organize the individual holders and will put together an email list, many of which I have now.

Any comments from FNet holders on this?

Also, this would settle the issue for FCM holders (me included) on what their rights are concerning the FNet side of the business.
