China will soon face backlash in Africa. It already started as Chinese exports goods, machinery and people.

The Chinese does not know how to manage foreigners, thus they need to bring their own workers and foremen.

There are a surplus of construction companies in China that are eager to go abroad as profits are squeezed at home.
