No, not 20 any more. I find technical analysis very helpful for these kinds of situations. clearstation.com As you can see, technically it is way oversold, but it is also a mess medium and long term. At a minimum you need stochastics to turn positive. The overall key is let a bottom form, and catch it after it begins rising again.
