I like some of Cheeky's posts, but...tests have been done, and failed. Hopefully that utility plant manager was able to correct that 1/3 of the power plant from shutting down when they did move the clock up to 12/31/99, 11:59:59. Let's hope so, wherever tests like this have gone on.
