USA Video Interactive Corp - News Release USA Video's Seiro resigns USA Video Interactive Corp US Shares issued 73,466,089 2001-02-09 close $1.9 Monday Feb 12 2001 News Release Mr. Edwin Molina reports Daniel J. Seiro has decided to step down as an officer and director of USA Video Interactive. He plans to move to New York and open a strategic business development firm focusing on the technology and communication sectors. Mr. Seiro's resignation is effective Feb. 12, 2001. "Daniel Seiro was the first person to join me here as we moved the headquarters of USA Video Interactive to Connecticut and began the process of restructuring the company to take a leadership position in Internet video streaming and video on demand," said Edwin Molina, chief executive officer and president of USA Video Interactive. "He's been an important factor in our progress and I know I speak for the whole company in wishing him continued success in his future endeavours."
