Amen! Stock scams come and go, and for every one that the SEC prosecutes with the "don't do that again' wet noodle lashes, 10 more spring up so the SEC can also tell them, "don't do that again". Meanwhile, kids growing up are just kids growing up only once. Given the choice and chance, kids are better to spend time with than SEC bozocrats.

Short the pigs, but don't give them any more time than what it takes to execute the sale. The sheep don't care one bit anyway, and the SEC will take care of the rest — to the fullest extent of their (in)capability.

"Schneider is thinking about cutting back on his sleuthing, to spend more time with his three children, who range in age from 4 to 6 . But he remains captivated by a case that the SEC has declined to pursue."
