Clinton would have nailed OBL way back then, except for the (R) Lewinsky witch hunt. 9/11 would have never happened! Yup. His administration lost so much momentum near the end thanks to the GOP sponsored impeachment. Have you noticed the GOP is never constructive; only destructive?
