He simply listed some bad things about Bush and then dubbed him the worst. He might be assuming that the public already had information on Bush and Buchanan and he was only supplying the crutial points of emphasis. Of course I don't think the public is well informed enough about Buchanan (My knee-jerk reaction would be that he must have been okay, because they named a big lake near here for him). TP
